ITB ECUA Bayou Marcus Electrical Upgrades

Description: Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to access the site to perform the demolition activities, constructing the new electrical building, and required upgrades including installation of new owner furnished switch gear and VFD’s to the existing facilities in accordance with the contract plans. Contractor will also need to coordinate with the other Contractor working on site to build a new tank and bypass piping. Major items consist of mobilization/demobilization, permitting, demolition, civil/site work, structures, mechanical HVAC, and electrical & instrumentation.
