ITB 26-06 Heard Bridge Water Main Loop Project

Description: The City of Wauchula is seeking sealed bids for the Heard Bridge Water Main Loop Project, including approximately 5,300 linear feet of 8-inch PVC and 1,820 linear feet of 8-inch HDPE, horizontal directional drilling, fittings, valves, appurtenances, restoration, and related pavement restoration. The resulting contract will be funded in part by an EDA grant and a Florida Commerce grant and will be subject to federal requirements including American Iron and Steel. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 30, 2026, and bids are due and will be publicly opened at 2:00 PM local time on October 16, 2026.
