Description: IHA’s hardware and software to be supported under this RPF include: Hardware: 16 desktops and 15 laptop workstations; VOIP telephone handsets with call routing and forwarding features installed in three physical locations in Irvington, New Jersey; 10 IHA issued mobile phones capable of accessing IHA software systems including PHA Web, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams: Software: Microsoft Office 365 (10 users); Adobe Pro (1 user); Adobe Acrobat (9 users).
