The Department of Homeland Security's Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to acquire Axon by Dedrone RF-560 fixed and mobile Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) sensors using other than full and open competition. The sensors will support field-based law-enforcement responses to unauthorized drone activity in controlled airspace at various airports. The notice says the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302.
