IPTV AND TV Replacement (Request for Proposals)

Description: Coordinate and install rack mount equipment in mdf/idf room determined by owner. Contractor is required to correspond with the project electrical contractor to confirm system power, conduit, and cabling work associated with this project. Provide and install any required cabling, including analog and fiber optic cable as required. Provide and install any specified control panels and input plates in dedicated locations as shown in the design documents. Contractor is responsible for assembly, secondary modifications and mounting of specified components onto existing structures within the facility. Provide and install all equipment listed in the bid form document. Include all equipment not specifically listed but required to provide a completely functional system as part of this rfp. Coordinate with the owner regarding the programming expected for functionality within the iptv system throughout the facility. Provide dsp programming for and specified graphical user interfaces(s) (gui) and system control. Deliver sample dsp guis for review by the owner at least six weeks prior to system completion. Owner will review and sign off on functionality or provide requests for revisions. Revisions to programming is the responsibility of the contractor at no additional cost to the owner through three programming revisions.
