The project includes the creation of a new row of fixed seating behind the home plate area of the ballpark to create a premium viewing experience. The new front wall that defines this area will be cast-in-place concrete and will feature infrastructure for audio visual devices to enhance the experience for the spectators. An existing camera platform depression within the existing precast risers will be infilled to create additional seating for spectators. There will be new drains added in the extended row of seating. Audio visual equipment and wall padding and signage elements will be removed and reconfigured to accommodate the new row of seating. Additionally, an area of existing seating will be removed and infilled with a pre-fabricated aluminum riser and railing system to extend the existing accessible viewing platform on the field level concourse. All modifications to existing netting system to accommodate the footprint changes to the seating area will be design-build by the netting contractor under the general contractor’s contract. B. The work includes, but is not limited to the following: selective demolition, excavation, concrete, miscellaneous metals, miscellaneous carpentry, glazing, painting, spectator netting, fixed audience seating, plumbing, electrical, and telecommunications.
