Invitation to Negotiate for Leased Space

Description: The Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS) issued an Invitation to Negotiate seeking between approximately 9,681 and 10,674 usable square feet of contiguous leased office and warehouse space in Fort Myers, FL to house the Division of Criminal Investigations and State Fire Marshal. The lease requires a turnkey build-out, secured evidence/equipment/records space, a training center, locker/decon facilities, and a minimum of 55 parking spaces; Savills, Inc. is the authorized representative for the solicitation. Proposals are due Aug 20, 2026 and the lease is anticipated to commence April 1, 2028.
