Description: The Putnam Housing Authority invites sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the Reroofing Project at St. Onge Apartments in Putnam, Connecticut. The contract documents, plans, and specifications were prepared by J ASSOCIATES ARCHITECTS and are available through the Advanced Reprographics online plan room; a pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled for September 9, 2026. Bids are due by 1:00 PM EST on September 22, 2026, at the Authority’s office and will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately afterward.
