Deck Replacement at Emerson Apartments (Invitation to Bid) *Re-bid*

Description: Work consists of the replacement of sixteen (16) exterior decks, the supporting walls between the decks, railings, siding, flashing, deck membranes, painting and other related assemblies to match new decks completed in previous phases. The lower floor patio is off-line as the two decks above are reconstructed. The patio (lower floor) gets a new post to support above structures and will be blocked off from residents use until completion above, and other tasks as listed in the bid documents.
