INVITATION FOR BID MULIT-SITE LEAF REMOVAL

Description: The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (“MDHA”) is seeking bids from qualified vendors for Multi-Site Leaf Removal Services for MDHA properties. Bidder shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to perform leaf removal services during November and December of each contract year. MDHA may, at its sole discretion, request to remove one of these services from some of our properties or request additional leaf removal services during January when whether conditions or accumulate debris warrant further service. The contract term shall be one (1) year with the option to renew two (2) additional years. MDHA reserves the right to make multiple awards to ensure adequate coverage and service delivery across all designated locations.
