Reed Green Coliseum Renovations (Request for Proposal) *REBID*

Description: Work will include, but not be limited to, a new practice facility addition on the south side of the existing coliseum, new toilets and concession stands on the north west and north east sides of the existing coliseum, a new entry lobby with ticketing, and interior seating renovations inside the existing coliseum. The work is packaged in five(5) prime contracts as follows: general works, mechanical and plumbing, electrical, seating renovations, and fire protection systems.
