Description: The Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services is seeking a contractor to provide internet monitoring services for the Division of Parole and Probation under a competitive multi-step IFB, rather than a grant program. The contractor must monitor offender internet activity statewide, provide reports and technical support, maintain system security, and train department personnel.
