Interior Renovations for Hillsborough Police

Demolition of existing police facility break room, muster room, and adjacent toilet room, including walls, ceilings, flooring, finishes, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical and electrical devices and equipment. Renovations work, including expansion into the adjacent storage room to enlarge the existing facility. Enlarged facility will include expanded breakroom, expanded muster room, new office, and a new women s toilet, shower and locker room, plus a new renovated corridor and accessible ada toilet room. Work will include saw-cutting of the existing slab on grade for new plumbing work. New partitions, ceilings, flooring and finishes. New wood doors/hollow metal doors and frames/finish hardware custom millwork interior fit-out/finish materials/toilet accessories new and adjusted mechanical/plumbing/electrical/lighting/fire protection systems.
