Interior - Addition Renovations RFP

Description: Interior and exterior alterations and a rear addition to convert the existing single-family residence into a 4-person accessible group home. Work includes a rear addition providing two accessible bedrooms and an accessible bathroom, accessible primary and secondary means of egress, a new kitchen and first floor laundry, new deck/patio, expanded parking and ramps as needed, foundation wall repair, conversion from septic to sanitary sewer connection, new generator, low-voltage fire alarm system, and NFPA 13D fire sprinkler system.
