RFI 26-067 Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System for Bus and Light Rail Transit (LRT) Service
Calgary Transit is seeking marketplace information on Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solutions for automated customer-information services supporting bus and Light Rail Transit operations. The RFI is intended to help the City validate business requirements, understand available technologies and integration and implementation considerations, and assess industry best practices. Responses will inform a future procurement strategy; this is an informational request, not a grant opportunity.
