Description: The Indian Health Service intends to award a non-competitive, sole-source contract to DATIX (USA) Inc. for agency-wide oneSOURCE Complete Subscription Services, with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The service will provide online access to Instructions for Use, service manuals, safety data sheets, manufacturer guidelines, and related usage analytics for IHS facilities. This is an active special notice rather than a grant or competitive request for proposals, and responses must demonstrate that competition would benefit the Government.
