The software supports the management, auditing, and transfer of critical data elements, including Federal Personnel and Payroll System data, ADABAS protection logs, and mappings to Oracle databases. Written capability statements are due August 27, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. EDT, and the notice is not a request for competitive quotations.
