Description: The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission intends to negotiate a sole-source award to America's Poison Centers for de-identified National Poison Data System data on human exposure cases involving children five years of age and younger in specified consumer-product categories. The requirement covers two electronic deliveries of 2026 case-level data, quarterly emerging-product surveillance notifications, up to 30 hours of clinical review support, and one annual technical consultation because America's Poison Centers owns and maintains the National Poison Data System.
