Intent to Award Sole/Single Source - USAFSAM/FEE TD2 Flight Simulators
Description: This active special notice concerns five TD2 flight simulators for the USAFSAM/FEE at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, and is not a grant program. The Air Force Research Laboratory intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Redbird Flight Simulations Inc. for the simulators, including installation, calibration, support, and software upgrades. Although the notice is not a request for competitive proposals, responsible sources may submit capability statements, quotations, or exceptions by August 17, 2026, at 5:00 PM Eastern Time to help determine whether a competitive procurement should be conducted.
