GSA Solicitation for Insulated and Ribbed Floor Matting (Biltrite, Lonseal)
The General Services Administration is seeking quotes for an open-market, fixed-price, single-award BPA covering eleven insulated and ribbed floor-matting items over an estimated five-year period. Contractors must be able to supply at least nine of the eleven NSNs, meet the applicable technical standards and Buy American Act and Non-Manufacturer Rule requirements, and provide First Article Testing for items 1–9. This is a small-business set-aside, and equivalent products may be proposed if they meet the stated salient characteristics.
