Notice of Intent to Sole Source Nitrogen Generators
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in Research Triangle Park (RTP), Durham, North Carolina, intends to award a sole-source procurement to Peak Scientific Inc. It seeks Protective EMA for two government-owned Peak Scientific Genius XE35 nitrogen generators and one Precision SL200 hydrogen generator to keep the systems operational and supply gas to attached analytical instrumentation. The requirement includes one annual on-site preventive-maintenance visit, full coverage of maintenance parts, labor and travel, worn-part repair or replacement, five-working-day priority technical support, and online technical support.
