Install Sewer Lift Station Pumps and Controls, Stoneville, Mississippi - (Request for Quotation)

Description: Supply and Install new, direct replacement pumps and controls for Bldg. #6 Lift Station. Vendor will remove (2) existing Homa pumps with pump bases and turn over to USDA Maintenance. Vendor will supply /install (2) new UL rated Homa Model TP70M20/4/3 Pumps, 1.5 Hp, 3 phase, 480 volts, and pump bases or approved equal. Existing rails will remain for use. Vendor will supply/install approx. 24 LF of 3” carbon steel pipe and new check valves, with new piping installed between new pump bases and new check valves. Vendor will demo existing controls and furnish/install new controls in new NEMA 3R enclosure to include high level alarm, starters, float switches, etc. for a full and functional sewer lift station. The Control Panel is approx. 6’ from the lift station and the existing electrical supply will be used. Vendor will supply/install new 3” bypass/cleanout into existing 3” plastic polyethylene discharge line.
