Description: The scope of work includes three (3) Mobility Hubs - MH-1, MH-2 & MH-3, Pedestrian Bridge connecting Metro K-Line and Streetscape Improvements (together, the “Project Elements”) which are described below. The objective is to implement all Project Elements with the following considerations: Site 1 - Market Florence Mobility Hub (MH-1) Site 1A - Streetscape (Market, Regent, Locust, Florence) Site 1B - Retail Buildings Site 2 - La Brea Ave & Kelso Street Mobility Hub (MH-2) Site 3 - Market & Manchester Mobility Hub (MH-3) Site 4 - Pedestrian Bridge Connection connecting Metro K-Line Streetscape Improvements Site 5.A - Market St. Site 5.B - Queen St. Site 5.C - Manchester Blvd.
