AvailableBroward County's Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) Division (through FASD – Purchasing) is soliciting an open-end contract to procure ServiceNow ITSM Professional software, support, subscriptions and product services to replace the County’s current ITSM system and support multiple County agencies. The work includes a phased implementation (Phase 1: six-month implementation of ServiceNow ITSM Pro including data setup and instructor-led training), vendor qualification requirements (must be authorized ServiceNow Elite/Global Elite implementer and Premier/Elite/Global Elite reseller), and a five-year initial term with possible one-year renewals. Electronic submission is required via the County’s BPRO/Bonfire portal; questions and responses are handled in BPRO and the solicitation is not a grant program.
