NAVFAC EXWC is soliciting SF-330 qualification packages for a single-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity architect-engineer contract supporting Navy and other federal agencies’ environmental-restoration and related environmental projects. The scope includes environmental program development, research and testing of innovative remediation technologies, site investigations and remedial design, pilot testing, regulatory support, and technology transfer and training. The 60-month base contract has a $150 million ceiling, and firms must submit SF-330 packages electronically by the response deadline.
