INDE - Exterior Painting and Restoration - Merchan RFP

Description: Carpentry repairs, bird netting replacement, glazing, paint exterior railings and light fixtures east elevation, exterior wood painting and preparation, sealant replacement and base lead paint testing. The contractor shall: Inspect existing windowsills, muntin’s, sashes, and doors, including frames and trim for damage. Document the conditions with photographs and show deficiencies on marked up plans. See drawings for known locations of work. Report on the condition of exterior woodwork of the entire perimeter of the building. See attached file.
