Description: Junior leadership development training: The contractor shall develop and implement a Junior Leadership Development Training Program that provides structured, competency-based leadership training for junior leaders within the Indiana National Guard Recruiting and Retention Battalion. The program shall focus on conflict resolution, strategic thinking, motivation, tactical execution, and communication, ensuring that participants are equipped to assume greater leadership responsibilities. The contractor shall conduct a market analysis of Indiana to evaluate the recruiting landscape and workforce dynamics. The analysis shall assess the workforce between the ages of 18-35 to determine qualified military-age individuals, employment trends, and economic factors that may impact recruiting efforts.
