Description: Accessing services. Contractor shall provide access to inmates in community placement to a digital platform and all necessary peer support services to maintain full operations with no disruptions from contract award. Unlimited Access. Contractor shall provide unlimited access to certified peer support specialists, modalities, tools, materials, and other necessary items for inmates 365 days a year, seven days per week, from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, local time of the location where peer support services are being provided, for a virtual Community Reentry Peer Support Service. Outside of these hours, inmates shall be given contact information for other support options, such as crisis lines, hotlines, or lifelines, for urgent crisis situations. Access Information. Contractor shall assist inmates on how to access the digital platform utilized and must provide information for navigating in the virtual platform, such as how to download the mobile application or how to use their device — whether it’s a smartphone, laptop, tablet - to access services and sessions with their assigned peer support specialist. Mobile applications must be compatible with iOS and Android operating systems. See attached file.
