Providing advisory support to cpuc regarding reimbursement workflows for current and future edp products and services, including durable medical equipment (dme), accessories, and assistive technologies that may be eligible for reimbursement or supported through alternative funding sources. Assessing and providing recommendations to support cpuc’s transition of the vendor certification process to edp, including documentation of workflow changes and certification requirements. Providing advisory support to cpuc on coordination activities related to transitioning functions from the current equipment processing center (epc) contractor to the future enterprise resource platform (erp) contractor. Assisting cpuc by analyzing and documenting transition requirements related to planning and coordination of edp devices, including identification of workflow dependencies. Providing planning and assessment support related to alternative equipment distribution models such as drop-ship or direct-procurement delivery models. Providing project management support to cpuc as needed.
