Seeking a development partner to serve as the designated redeveloper for a portion of redevelopment area. Requesting proposals from qualified redevelopers to implement a realistic redevelopment project and to construct site improvements, building(s) and parking facilities for properties located in the gateway redevelopment project area. It is the preference of the city and para that the site be developed as a mixed-use destination development that will encompass an entertainment and/or hospitality element.
