Downtown Gateway Redevelopment Project Area (RFP)

Seeking a development partner to serve as the designated redeveloper for a portion of redevelopment area. Requesting proposals from qualified redevelopers to implement a realistic redevelopment project and to construct site improvements, building(s) and parking facilities for properties located in the gateway redevelopment project area. It is the preference of the city and para that the site be developed as a mixed-use destination development that will encompass an entertainment and/or hospitality element. This ideal location has great market potential and the city would like to develop it proactively to establish an attractive entrance to the city, to complement and integrate with the smith street commercial corridor, and to take advantage of the planned billion-dollar riverton project, just across the river from this site.
