Coffman Street Extension RFP

Description: The primary work to be performed under this contract includes new full depth concrete and asphalt roadway construction of a new segment of Coffman Street, as well as reconstruction of the existing Coffman Street roadway. Peripheral improvements include the construction of a stormwater detention and water quality pond feature. Additional roadway improvements include construction of separated bike lanes, sidewalks, bus stops, and landscaping. General work includes clearing and grubbing, grading, concrete flatwork, asphalt paving, erosion control, signage, storm drainage piping/inlets/manholes, water distribution piping, sanitary sewer piping/manholes, jack and bore utility installation, landscaping, seeding, and irrigation and 383 LF of 18" RCP; 152 LF of 36" RCP; 1 LS of 6x6 Box Base Manhole.
