IFB 27-01-SD CHANCELLOR PARK SIDEWALK PROJECT, SPOTSYLVANIA, VA

Description: The County of Spotsylvania, VA is seeking bids from qualified Contractors to provide construction services and materials for construction of a 5-foot sidewalk along the western side of Chancellor Park Drive with curb and gutter and enclosed drainage. A new 8-inch waterline is required behind the sidewalk with sanitary service connections. This work occurs between Willow Pond Drive and Charger Lane and is approximately 855 feet in length. Additional sidewalk is planned at the intersection of Willow Pond Drive (East) and Chancellor Park Drive and a CG-12 is planned approximately 965 feet north of Charger Lane.
