The City of Fort Collins is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors for Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) services on behalf of the Fort Collins One Water Utility related to the design and construction of the College Avenue Water System Improvement Project. The project focuses on the replacement of an existing 4" water main along the eastern portion of College Avenue from Mulberry Street to Laporte Avenue. Requested services include Construction Manager tasks during the preconstruction phase and General Contractor tasks during construction.

Work consists of pavement rehabilitation, signing and striping, pedestrian push button upgrades, and ADA curb ramp reconstruction.

Removal of the existing 6'x 2.5 box culvert and associated Storm pipe and the installation of a double run of 48" concrete RCP Class III pipe with associated head walls as indicated in the construction plans attached herein. The work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to, the following items: Road cut and removal of existing asphalt and 12" concrete road base, Removal of the existing box culvert and storm system and the installation of approximately 64 linear feet of 48-inch Class III RCP storm pipe and installation of Headwalls, Traffic control and maintenance of traffic in accordance with approved traffic control plans, dewatering operations as required to facilitate construction, backfilling, compaction, grading, and restoration of disturbed areas, borrow material placement and grading, as necessary, Storm drainage and structure installation, bypass pumping if necessary to prevent flooding upstream. Erosion and sedimentation control measures, grassing and final site stabilization.

The Town of Tewksbury Department of Public Works is soliciting bids for the Nelson Avenue Water Main Improvement Project, including approximately 1,460 linear feet of 8- and 6-inch ductile iron water main, 450 linear feet of HDPE services, and related work. Bid documents are available through Accent Blueprints and can be viewed at the Tewksbury DPW office during business hours. Bids are due and will be opened on February 6, 2026 at 2:00 PM local time.
