Description: Frederick County is accepting sealed bids for inert leachate stone material for the Frederick County Landfill Leachate Collection Layer. The material must be delivered to the landfill off Sulphur Spring Road within 180 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed and conform to specifications approved by the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality. This is an open Invitation for Bids for supplies, not a grant program, and bids are due September 30, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
