IFB 161166 Pavement Marking Installation & Removal

Description: The Virginia Department of Transportation is soliciting bids for pavement marking installation and removal throughout the Hampton Roads region under an Invitation for Bids, not a grant program. The work includes removing existing linear and nonlinear pavement markings; installing 4-inch, 6-inch, 8-inch, and 24-inch Type A and Type B markings; and providing traffic control, flagger services, equipment rentals, and mobilization. Bidders must submit all-inclusive rates for the listed labor, materials, equipment, and services before the September 21, 2026 closing deadline.
