Rte 644 Pipe Rehabilitation – Spray on Pipe Re-lining

Description: Work includes to apply a spray on pipe liner inside of an existing corrugated metal pipe. Work shall include: stream diversion, de-watering, cofferdams and all incidentals required to perform work in the dry. Clearing debris and obstructions. Disposing of any material cleaned/removed from the host pipe. Cleaning and preparation of the host culvert including furnishing and placing material in holes and voids. Materials placed in holes and voids must be approved by the contract administrator prior to use. Placing tell-tale material thickness indicators at regular intervals along the length of the host culvert. Indicators must be either non-metallic or steel. Pre-installation inspection to identify and confirm the work to be completed under the contract. Furnishing and installing the cementitious liner.
