Five Town Center Parking Garages To Include Structural and Waterproofing

Description: The work includes structural and waterproofing repairs to be performed on the parking garages. Contractor is responsible for work incidental to the repairs, including, but not limited to, repainting traffic markings, use of temporary shoring devices, use of temporary traffic control measures, and protection of persons and property is also included in this project. Project consists of structural and waterproofing repairs to the existing town center parking garages which includes cast- in-place and/or precast concrete parking facilities. Repairs include, but are not limited to, floor, vertical, and overhead concrete spalls and cracks, flange connection repairs, joint sealant replacement, exterior joint sealant replacement, epoxy injection of cracks, expansion joint replacement, installing traffic coating over closure pours, cleaning and painting corroded precast steel connections, barrier cable replacement, and miscellaneous piping repairs where indicated on plan.
