IBDSS PS BCA - Request for Information

Description: IBDSS Enterprise Programs: The IBDSS enterprise includes the following programs that must be incorporated into the PS-BCA. Fixed Site Electronic Security System (ESS): Fixed Site ESS is in the Operations and Support phase. ESS sustainment currently includes 80+ CONUS and USAFE locations, with modernization upgrades scheduled approx. every ten years. Additional design and install projects are accomplished for AF National Guard and Reserve sites; however, sustainment of those locations is not included within the scope of this PS-BCA. The ESS is modular, tailored and site-specific, maximizing integrated COTS and commercial tailored components. Except for nuclear and presidential systems, the within-scope ESS is currently sustained by contract logistics support. See attached file.
