Description: Provide qualified consultants to prepare the interstate 405 corridor plan (plan). The plan will serve as a policy-driven and performance-based planning document that identifies transportation needs, develops candidate transportation improvements, establishes project eligibility requirements, and creates a transparent evaluation and prioritization framework for future transportation investments within the 405 corridor investment zone.
