Description: provide engineering services to VTA to complete the I-280 Comprehensive Multimodal Corridor Plan (CMCP) for Santa Clara County. The intent of the CMCP is to identify and evaluate a set of transportation-related improvement projects along the corridor that relieve congestion, improve operations, enhance safety, and either reduce Vehicle Miles Traveled (VMT) or at least cumulatively do not result in an increase in VMT for programming and implementation.
