AvailableTask 1 - Preventative Maintenance and Annual Services: Preventative Maintenance and Annual Services: Perform preventative maintenance and annual services to the manufacturer’s specification and institutional protocols. The allowable degree of deviation from the standard procedure is +/-5% in terms of time intervals. Maintenance schedule: Provide a 12 month with +/- 18 allowance maintenance schedule for each device. Comply with Safety Regulatory Standards: Preventive maintenance service is to ensure that the Agilent Microplate Washer and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS) systems are maintained in optimal working conditions, in full compliance with applicable safety and regulatory standards. The vendor shall perform scheduled maintenance activities that: Ensure equipment performance meets manufacturer specifications and operational requirements. Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards associated with system operation. Comply with all relevant federal, state, and local safety regulations, including OSHA and EPA guidelines. Maintain documentation of service activities, inspections, and any corrective actions taken. See attached file.
