Summary
The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is soliciting proposals to research and develop technical content for Chapters 5 (Geomorphology) and 14 (Coastal Hydraulics) of the ODOT Hydraulics Manual, including literature reviews, draft tables of contents, and executive summaries.
