Removal and disposal of existing coils and condensers Removal and repouring of concrete pads as required (Provide pricing as separate line item). Supply and installation of new coils and condensers compatible with existing HVAC systems Installation of new line sets from coils to condensers Installation of new VRF unit as well as all cassettes, line sets, thermostats, air filtration, etc., to a new pet friendly addition.Central thermostat with sensors in the new addition(Central control module). Pressure testing, leak detection, and refrigerant charging Electrical and control system integration Startup, commissioning, and performance verification Cleanup and restoration of work area
