Description: The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, transportation and materials necessary to remove the existing HVAC units and install the new units on a portion of roof. The contractor shall have all required equipment, safety items and personnel onsite to disconnect and remove the two existing roof HVAC units and install and reconnect two comparable units after the roof has been replaced. After installation of all connections, start up and test will be completed.
