This contract provides scheduled maintenance along with maintenance visits and associated repairs that may be required on short notice, ensuring the City’s HVAC systems and equipment remain in reliable working condition. The intent is to maintain thermal comfort, efficiency, and indoor air quality across all City facilities. Services include preventative maintenance, inspection and minor repair services for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, refrigeration compressors and associated hardware and software throughout all City buildings The specifications shall be interpreted on this basis. This contract is not for public work projects, such as installing a new system or for engineered upgrades to a system.
