The primary purpose of monitoring is to ensure that the city s allocated dollars are being invested in the manner stated in this scope of services and exhibit b and confirm that contractor is otherwise in compliance with this agreement. City staff may monitor contractors through reporting and onsite visits as needed. Should significant concerns be identified during a monitoring visit, city staff will notify the contractor contact by phone and follow-up with a written report outlining concerns. Contractor must respond in writing as directed in the written report. The city reserves the right to perform follow-up visits to ensure concerns have been rectified.
