Human Hindbrain Organoid Functional Assay Services. RFP

Description: The U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s CDER/DARS seeks a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order for human iPSC-derived hindbrain organoids and associated materials to study drug-induced effects on respiratory-relevant neural circuits. The contractor will perform three-dimensional multi-electrode array functional characterization, drug and reversal-agent testing, reproducibility evaluation, sample collection, data analysis, reporting, and twelve deliveries to the FDA White Oak Campus, beginning with 96 organoids and followed by deliveries of 48 organoids each. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for a commercial service acquisition, not a grant, with offers due September 17, 2026 at 10:30 AM EDT.
