Procurement Overview and Goals: The MN Lottery seeks to procure one HP Latex 730 large format printer. A no-substitute justification has been established based on required location restrictions, performance specifications, and operational efficiencies uniquely supported by this model. The scope also includes the delivery, installation, and any required calibration. The purchase cost must also include operator training for staff, as well as comprehensive warranty coverage for the longest term available.
