Procurement Overview and Goals: The MN Lottery seeks to procure one HP Latex 730 large format printer. A no-substitute justification has been established based on required location restrictions, performance specifications, and operational efficiencies uniquely supported by this model. The scope also includes the delivery, installation, and any required calibration. The purchase cost must also include operator training for staff, as well as comprehensive warranty coverage for the longest term available. Procurement Overview and Goals. MN State Lottery (MSL) utilize Game Cards as part of promotional advertisement. These cards are customized to fit ticket dispenser displays at retailer locations to make it easy for the consumer to identify and purchase new games. New cards will be order periodically based on MSL's promotional schedule, estimated to be 4 cards or art files per month. Sample Tasks and Deliverables. Review Exhibit C to the Sample Contract for Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work. Anticipated Contract Term. The term of this contract is anticipated to be from December 2026 to December 2027, with the option to extend up to an additional one year in increments determined by the State. Estimated Amount. The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $12,000 to $15,000. However, this shall not be construed as either the minimum or maximum amount. It shall also be understood and accepted by the responder that any quantities shown in this solicitation are estimated quantities only and impose no obligation upon the State either minimum or maximum.

BOROUGH OF RIDGEFIELD FAIR AND OPEN REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS 2027 1. Notice of Request for Qualifications Statement The Borough of Ridgefield (Borough) is soliciting Qualification statements from interested persons and/or firms for the awarding in 2027 of contracts for the provision of services listed below by a Request for Qualification Process (RFQ). Individual persons and/or firms interested in assisting the Borough with the provision of these services must prepare and submit a Qualification Statement in accordance with the procedure in this RFQ. The Borough will review Qualification Statements only from those persons or firms that submit a Qualification Statement that includes substantially all the information required to be included. Qualifications will be evaluated by the Borough on the basis of the most advantageous submission, all relevant factors considered. The evaluation will consider experience and reputation in the field, knowledge of the Borough and the subject matter addressed under the contract, availability to accommodate the required meetings of the Borough and compensation proposal. The Borough intends to qualify person(s) and/or firm(s) that: (a) possess(es) the professional, financial, and administrative familiarity with the Borough, experience, training, and capabilities to provide the proposed services, and (b) agrees and meets the terms and conditions determined by the Borough that provide the greatest benefit to the taxpayers of the Borough. Inasmuch as the contracts to be awarded are for professional services, the selection of qualified respondents is not subject to the public bidding or competitive contracting provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law, NJSA 40A:11-1 et seq. The Borough has determined, however, that the selection be subject to the fair and open process authorized by the "New Jersey Local Unit Pay to Play" Law, NJSA 19:44A-20.4 et seq.
