Description: Remove existing windows and dispose of properly in accordance with HUD, EPA, and local regulations. Install new ENERGY STAR rated, welded vinyl replacement windows sized to match existing openings. Units shall match existing size, style, and configuration (including pane pattern, proportions, operation type, and exterior appearance) maintaining the original character and visual integrity of the structure following historic guidelines.
